ORDERING

  •          Orders can be made directly from our online store or you can order products by Phone. Simply dial customer support number with product code, color and the size. You can also send us a FB message through our FB page https://www.facebook.com/modernkast/
  •          We accept all types of VISA and Master Payment cards, or Cash on delivery/Bank Wire (Direct deposit to bank account) facility available to choose in online store itself.
  •          Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  •          It is the obligation of the Customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
  •          Please note for online purchasing, we do not process your order until payment has been received in full. Not pertinent for COD. (Cash on Delivery)
  •          We do island wide delivery at a fixed cost according to the distance from Colombo.
  •          Items will be dispatched within 24 HRS of order confirmation. However, there may be delays if the order is placed close to a weekend or public holiday.

Also there’s facility of one day delivery at a cost as mentioned below Colombo city limit Suburbs.

  •          Zone C,D and E price is CITY limit delivery only.
  •          At the time an order is dispatched, the Customer will receive an email of delivery confirmation.
  •          We highly advice you to accept the parcel in person as we do not deliver it to postal boxes or counters. We inform you of the dispatch by a message or an e-mail. Should you not available for receiving the good please appoint a responsible person and contact details.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

  •          We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order ID, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem within 14 days of receiving your order.
  •          Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame. Please see 'How do I return an item?'for details on how to return an item to us.

*** We offer a free Collect and Return Serviceif the item is faulty and verified.
